    Well I use Sparrow for email. It is a great email app that has the best organization features I have seen yet.

    I think I've mentioned earlier that I use Dropbox to quickly access PDFs, and other docs between my office computer and tablet. It is free for a couple GBs and then a small fee for more. It also allows you to store certain docs from it to your device should you ever need something and you are offline.

    I think my mobile processor (and most) has an invoice feature but I usually use my own PDF form. Just what I am used to using for a while now, it works.

    iPad mini here. All my billing and quoting done through it as well as everything else the iPad is capable of. Otter box for protection and I love it. I still can't believe some people use paper.

    Commercial contracts with arcaic but I made quickly working:
    Windows phone and excel pre-made templates:
    instant billing invoices, paperless, and now
    bank:bank quick-pay is "free" at the moment, adn works from any
    PUT IN A REQUEST
    the client accepts and processes in an easy moment;
    and it is Direct deposited without losing fee charges to pay pal anymore, nor CCD pays wanted by commercial.

    Residential, sending to eM or text the excel file is easy invoicing- PAPERLESS, unless they want to print it

    SAVE THE RECORDS REGULARLY ( as we all learned )
    ... however, much work still needs to be done.

    We were just given the Ipad mini's for billing also. I like Android's but I do appreciate the size of the mini. Where is the best place to get tech doc's ?
